When
our Central Station receives an alarm signal,
statutory law requires that the Central
Station must first attempt to contact the
Premise where the alarm has occurred to
determine if the signal received is a false
alarm. If the Central Station does not contact
an authorized person at the Premise or if the
Central Station determines that the signal was
not false, they will contact the law
enforcement agency having jurisdiction in the
area where the premise is located and request
that they dispatch a unit to the Premise. The
Central Station will then attempt to contact
the first person on the call list. If the
Central Station does not reach the first
person on the list, they will attempt to
contact the next person and so on.
Please list the users in the order you want
them to be contacted by the central
station. |
